Helping persecuted Christians in Orissa
About 2,100 Christian families driven from their homes in India’s Orissa state are receiving badly needed relief supplies from Southern Baptists. The Christians receiving the aid were attacked by Hindu mobs that blamed them for the murder of a Hindu swami in late August. They are living in relief camps, unable to go home unless they convert to Hinduism.
